Key biodiversity
This area is covered almost all restricted-range birds species in Sumbawa Island (19 of 20 species) (Trainor et.al.2000). Population of Yellow-crested Cockatoo Cacatua sulphurea is predicted in good condition. Russet-backed Jungle-flycatcher Rhinomyias oscillans recorded for Sumbawa Island for the first time in this site (Butchart et.al. 1996).
