Site description (2000 baseline)
A mountainous area in the Sierra Morena. The vegetation comprises Mediterranean scrub, dehesas, Pinus plantations and small areas of cultivation. The main human activities are livestock-farming, game hunting and forestry.

This is an important area for breeding raptors
