Site description (2000 baseline)
A shallow fjord with coastal saltmarshes and agricultural land (less than 5% of the total IBA area).
Key biodiversity
In 1983 Anas crecca and Mergus serrator populations also met the IBA criteria and the total number of waterbirds exceeded 20,000 individuals.
