Site description (2003 baseline)
Located on the South-east of Curup. There is a tea plantation in the middle part of this area (on the slope) but forest still survives on the upper part.
Key biodiversity
Bukit Kaba is include in the EBA 158 (Stattersfield et.al. 1998), and one of the historical area for Salvadori's Pheasant Lophura inornata and the record is re-confirmed in 1989.
Non-bird biodiversity: Primates in this site include Hylobates syndactylus and Hylobates agilis (Verbelen 2000).
