Site description (2000 baseline)
A well-vegetated plain located to the south of the Booth Sund inlet, comprising tundra and marsh habitats and several shallow lakes. The shallow inlet contains many small islands.
Key biodiversity
Also important for breeding Sterna paradisaea and moulting Anser caerulescens.
