Population justification: The global population is estimated to number 50,000-499,999 mature individuals (Partners in Flight 2019).
Trend justification:
The species is undergoing a moderate decline (Partners in Flight 2019). A remote sensing study found that forest within the species's range was lost at a rate of 8% over three generations (Tracewski et al. 2016); hence the species may be declining by <10% over three generations.
