Population justification: The population size is preliminarily estimated to fall into the band 2,500-9,999 individuals. This equates to 1,667-6,666 mature individuals, rounded here to 1,500-7,000 mature individuals. The species is rare and local throughout its range.

Trend justification: There are no known survey data for this species. Based on tree cover data (Tracewski et al. 2016), the extent of the species’s habitat is approximately stable, and we have no evidence that the species’s population is undergoing a decline.
