Site description (2000 baseline)
This site is part of the much larger Vienna forest. It is dominated by Quercus, Carpinus, Fagus, Fraxinus and Acer. Human activities include tourism and recreation, forestry and hunting.

Key biodiversity
The area contains important populations of species found in old broadleaved forests.
