Site description (2000 baseline)
Pinus canariensis woodland in the south of Tenerife, that are of high ecological and floristic value. Spartocystus and Adenocarpus scrub occurs at higher altitudes.
Key biodiversity
The site is important for endemic forest passerines, especially Fringilla teydea.
