Site description (2000 baseline):

A large area of sclerophyllous scrub and Mediterranean woodland lying between the sea and mountains in northern Corsica.

This site is important for breeding raptors and species associated with Mediterranean habitats.

Abandonment of land management and anthropogenic fires threaten the site.
