Site location and context
A mountainous area with abundant cliffs. There are extensive areas of
Pinus forest in the valleys together with grassland and arable crops. The main human activities are forestry and hunting.
This is an important area for cliff-nesting raptors.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
No serious threats but some disturbance is caused by forestry activities, hunting and visitors. A management plan exists for the Natural Park.
