Site description (2000 baseline):

The IBA comprises the `Krejdyana flora' parcel of the Ukrainian Steppe Nature Reserve. Natural steppe dominates, occurring as plots on the hills along a small river valley.

There may be serious threats but the current situation is unknown.

National High International None1,134 ha of IBA covered by Nature Reserve (Ukrainian Steppe, 2,764 ha).
