Site location and context
The site includes coastal cliffs and an inland plateau dominated by a large
Pinus forest, scrub and dry grassland.
An important site for breeding herons, particularly
Bubulcus ibis.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
Fire is the main threat.

International None2,017 ha of IBA covered by Natural Park (Acantilado y Pinar de Barbate, 2,017 ha).
