Site location and context
An island with rugged coasts, steep cliffs, boulder-screes, and coastal grass slopes. Land-uses include sheep-grazing.
The site holds internationally important seabird colonies, with c.280,000 pairs of breeding seabird, including
Rissa tridactyla (22,900 pairs).
