Site description (2009 baseline)
Located in the north-western part of Wencheng County. The IBA is part of an extension of the Luo Shan mountains, and the highest point is Yangdinggang at 1,362 m.
Key biodiversity
Non-bird biodiversity: The nationally protected Macaca arctoides was recorded in 1983.
