The site comprises the city of Segovia and its surroundings with non-irrigated cereal crops,
Pinus copses and riverine vegetation.
An important site for
Ciconia ciconia and
Pyrrhocorax pyrrhocorax.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The main threats are from road construction, overgrazing and intensive agriculture.
