Site location and context
Rocky islands characterized by steep cliffs and scree with phrygana as the dominant vegetation. The main human activities are livestock-farming and hunting.
This is an important location for species associated with Mediterranean scrub and for breeding seabirds. Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria:
Larus audouinii (breeding).
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The main threats are from illegal hunting and fires. The area is a candidate SAC.
