Site location and context
A rocky peninsula covered with phrygana and other low scrub.
The area is important for passage migrants and breeding raptors. Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria:
Haliaeetus albicilla (wintering).
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The main threat is from hunting. Part of the area is a candidate SAC.
