Site description (2000 baseline)
A coastal marshland, flooded in winter, with emergent vegetation (Phragmites, Typha, Cladium), meadows with halophytic vegetation and areas of shingle and sand-dunes.
Key biodiversity
This is an important site for breeding herons and Glareola pratincola.
