Site description (2000 baseline):

An area of Fagus forests, scree, cliffs, rocky slopes and mountain rivers.

The area is important for breeding raptors and mountain birds.

No serious threats are known at this site. Management plans limit forestry exploitation, resulting in good conservation of the old forests.
