Site summary
This IBA with its goat-grazed scrubby vegetation on the steep sides of river beds is part of the within-Cyprus autumn flyway that has the Akrotiri peninsula as its destination. Red-footed Falcons, Common Cranes and Demoiselle Cranes all occur in significant numbers on migration, especially in the autumn months.
