Site location and context
A mountain dominated by
Fagus and
Quercus forest with extensive alpine pastures.
This is an important site for resident forest species.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The main threats are from hunting and afforestation with
Pinus species.
Part of the area is a candidate SAC.
