Site location and context
A limestone canyon with
Populus plantations, small woods of
Quercus and
Juniperus, open scrub, grassland and cultivation.
This is an important area for cliff-nesting raptors.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The main threats are from overhead powerlines and high visitor numbers.
