Site location and context
Mountains, hills and cliffs with woodland, garrigue, grassland, fast-flowing rivers, scree and rocky slopes.
This site is of special interest for breeding raptors and Mediterranean avifauna.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The site is threatened by the replacement of natural forest with non-native tree species and by the abandonment of agricultural activities.
National Low
International High1,100 ha of IBA covered by Hunting Reserve (1,100 ha). 600 ha of IBA covered by Private Reserve (600 ha). 14,000 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Massif du petit Luberon, 16,679 ha). 14,000 ha of IBA covered by Biosphere Reserve (14,000 ha).
