Site description (2000 baseline):
Site location and context
A mountain complex in central Italy, isolated from the Apennines, located between the towns of Latina and Frosinone. The main habitats are broadleaved deciduous woodland and agricultural land. The main land-uses are cultivation, stock-rearing, hunting and forestry.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
Road-building and hunting are the main threats. The area is a proposed Regional Park.
