Site description (2007 baseline)
Kujukurihama coast is a long coast with north-south length of approximately 60 km. The sand beach lies north and south, and there is a north-south belt zone of coast plant communities and windbreak pine forests toward the inland. At the mouth of each river, we can see big and small lagoons formed inside the vegetation zone.
