Site description (2008 baseline)
IBA is located in the southeastern part of Bačka District (Vojvodina Province) downstream from regional centre Novi Sad. It is situated along both, left and right banks of alluvial plain of Danube between 1219 and 1250 river km. This area consists from five topographic units: Koviljski rit, Petrovaradinski rit, Krčedinska ada, Ločka ada i Velika ada. Along the borders of IBA six settlements are situated.
