Site location and context
The site has a wide variety of habitats, changing with altitude. These range from dry grassland to Fagus forests and moist Quercus-Carpinus woods.



Key biodiversity
This is an important site for forest and grassland species, particularly Ciconia nigra and Lanius excubitor.



Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
There is a conservation management project involving cattle-grazing.
