Site location and context
An upland area, 60% of which is forest, intersected with streams.



Key biodiversity
This is an important site for breeding raptors, Ciconia ciconia and hole-nesting species.



Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
NABU has proposed the establishment of a National Park in the area.



Protected areas
National Low International None1,100 ha of IBA covered by Nature Reserve.
