Site location and context
Fields and small wetlands in southern Finland.
One of the most important stopover sites in Finland for migrating waterbirds, particularly geese during both spring and autumn migration.
Mostly agricultural fields with small forest patches, wetlands and regularly flooding rivers.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
Any changes in agricultural practices may alter the habitat.
