Site description (2000 baseline):

Intensively used arable land with large areas of humid grassland and some open water and reedbeds (Phragmites).

The site holds 20,000 or more waterbirds on passage, on a regular basis.

National Partial International PartialIBA overlaps with National Park. IBA overlaps with Ramsar Site.
