Site location and context
An area of rocky islets, rocky shorelines and open sea.
This is an important site for breeding seabirds, particularly
Larus audouinii for which this is the main site in France.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
Larus cachinnans predates other seabirds, and is considered a threat (`Other', above). Recreation, mostly boating, disturbs breeding colonies.

International Partial3 ha of IBA covered by Nature Reserve (Iles Finocchiarola, 3 ha). 840 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Iles Finocchiarola et Côte Nord, 840 ha).
