Site location and context
A small archipelago with garrigue, Mediterranean woodlands, sand and shingle-beaches, cliffs, arable fields and abandoned fields.
The coastal cliffs provide good breeding sites for seabirds.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The development of tourism and recreation, including associated urban development, is the main threat to the area.
National Partial
International Partial685 ha of IBA covered by National Park (Parc national de Port-Cros, 690 ha). 2,475 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Port Cros, 2,475 ha).
