Site description (2009 baseline)
Located in Holqin Youyi Zhongqi (a district unit similar to a ‘village’). The IBA includes the flood plain near the southern slopes of the Da Hinggan Ling mountains, with large areas of marshland. The natural vegetation is well preserved in this area.
Key biodiversity
Non-bird biodiversity: Procapra gutturosa occurs in this area.
