Located in Ebian County, covering the following towns: Sihe Zhen, Lewu Xiang, Haqu Xiang, Jinyan Xiang and Juemo Xiang.

Key biodiversity

Non-bird biodiversity: Nationally protected mammals including Giant Panda, Leopard, Lesser Panda, Stump-tailed Macaque, Takin, Asiatic Black Bear and Musk Deer.
