Site description (2000 baseline):

A montane area with Fagus forests, coniferous forests, scree, cliffs, rocky slopes and mountain rivers.

The site is important for breeding raptors, gamebirds and woodpeckers.

High hunting pressure, disturbance from increasing recreational activities (climbing) and intensive forestry are the main threats.
