Site description (1999 baseline):
Site location and context
Located around 71 km north-east of Ciamis.
Non-bird biodiversity: Hylobates moloch, Trachypithecus auratus (Nijman & Sozer 1995, Whitten et.al.1996, Nijman 1997).
The area is covered by lowland rainforest and lower mountain rainforest on volcanic (MacKinnon
et.al.1982). Although only few information already known from this site, but based on the good forest condition it is predicted that the site is important for biodiversity.

Forest clearence for housing, logging and wildlife hunting (MacKinnon
et.al.1982)
