Site description (2000 baseline):

A mosaic of habitats including a river, cliffs, heathlands, broadleaved and coniferous forests, meadows and hedgerows.

The cliff and forest areas are important for breeding raptors and passage storks.

Climbers disturb raptors breeding on the cliffs.
