Site location and context
The forest in this area is growing on very steep mountain slopes.
This area is important because of Wallace's Hanging-parrot
Loriculus flosculus, and the vulnerable Flores Green Pigeon
Treron floris (Trainor & Lesmana 2000).
The vegetation type is tropical moist semi-evergreen forest (Trainor & Lesmana 2000).
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
Illegal hunting, timber cutting, road development (Trainor & Lesmana 2000).
