An area of plain south of Elassona. It is dominated by arable agriculture.
The site is important for species associated with arable agriculture.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The main threat is from the intensification of agriculture. The demolition of old buildings is a particular threat to
Falco naumanni (`Other' threats).
