Site description (2009 baseline):

Dupangling Nature Reserve is located in the central Nanling mountains, in the eastern part of the Dupangling mountains. The western slope of these mountains is in Guangxi.

Non-bird biodiversity: Nationally protected animals include Macaca mulatta and Capricornis sumatraensis.

Established as a provincial-level nature reserve (30,320 ha) in 1982.
