Site description (2009 baseline):

Located 3 km south of Dabusu Town, with Langyaba Scenery Spot to the east. The IBA mainly comprises Dabusu Hu lake and the extensive marshes that surround it.

Non-bird biodiversity: Abundant in fish and small mammals.

Dabusu Langyaba Nature Reserve was established in 1993, and it was upgraded to a national natural reserve in 2004.
