Site location and context
Mediterranean mountains, cliffs, and hills with maquis, woodlands and arable fields.
This area is important for breeding raptors and Mediterranean avifauna. Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria
: Tetrax tetrax (1-10 breeding pairs).
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The site is threatened by urban development and forestry operations. The construction of new roads and tracks, which will lead to increased disturbance from tourism and hiking, are additional threats.
