Site location and context
Numerous marshes, open bogs and boggy forests located on the watershed of the Volga and Zapadnaya Dvina rivers, in the southern Tver region.

Key biodiversity

Non-bird biodiversity: At this IBA 25 species of locally rare plants are present. One of the last sustainable populations of Mustela lutreola exists here.

'Other' threat refers to a collection of many minor problems.

Conservation responses/actions for key biodiversity
Buffer zone of Biosphere Reserve covers rest of IBA (42300 ha).
