Site location and context
A rocky section of coast at the north-eastern tip of Mallorca with high limestone cliffs and Mediterranean scrub.
This is an important site for breeding seabirds. Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria:
Larus audouinii (20-25 breeding pairs).
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
Disturbance from anglers has caused the abandonment of a
Larus audouinii colony.
L. cachinnans is culled annually. The IBA overlaps with Natural Area of Special Interest (Montañas de Arta).

International Partial80 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Cap des Freu-Cap Farruch, 80 ha).
