Site location and context
A stretch of rocky coastline with cliffs, rocky islets, heathland and open sea.
The site supports several important seabird colonies.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
Oil pollution (`Other' threats, above) and fishing nets are responsible for declines in populations of auks (Alcidae).
National High
International High500 ha of IBA covered by Hunting Reserve (Cap Sizun, 500 ha). 30 ha of IBA covered by Private Reserve (30 ha). 530 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Cap Sizun, 530 ha).
