Site description (2009 baseline):

The main habitat is evergreen broadleaf forest (92.2%), with some tropical rainforest, deciduous broadleaf forest, coniferous forest, grassland and artifical vegetation.

Non-bird biodiversity: No information.

A provincial-level nature reserve (14,892 ha) which was established in 1981.
