Site summary
The IBA supports a population of the restricted-range (endemic) Mangrove Honeyeater and has supported more than 1% of the global populations of the congregatory Straw-necked Ibis, Latham's Snipe, and Sharp-tailed Sandpiper. The IBA also provides habitat for the near threatened Australian Bustard.
