Site description (2001 baseline):
Site location and context
A system of numerous lakes (old meanders) along the Bel'skaya river valley, to the north-west of the town of Upha.
The floodplain of the Belskaya river consists of humid meadows, wet forest and numerous lakes (old meanders of the Belskaya river).
Conservation responses/actions for key biodiversity
Unprotected; conservation measures should be taken to protect the site.
