Site location and context
A Pyrenean high-mountain zone with
Fagus, Abies and
Pinus forests. The main human activities are forestry, hunting, livestock-grazing and tourism and recreation.
This is an important site for cliff-nesting raptors and forest birds.
Pressure/threats to key biodiversity
The main threat is from intensive forestry operations. Hunting and visitor pressure are also threats.
